Just a heads up about ProTuningLab's customer service. FedEx damaged a cat-back exhaust and I am having trouble getting my money back from these jokers. I just sent a demand letter to them via email and a certified letter goes out Monday.
Has anyone else had bad experience from these guys?

Never heard of them either but if the package was seriously messed up enough that it damaged the exhaust (my exhaust came very well packaged could've dropped that down the stairs and it would've been fine) then that's an issue you need to sort with Fedex first.

I contacted ProTuningLab and told them about the damage, then contacted FedEx who indicated that the shipper is the only on who can file a claim. So I contacted ProTuningLab via phone and email with no response. Also this has been going on for about a month so I want this to get taken care of.

FedEx Dropped it off at the house. There was no one to check the package. Since the item was dented, there was no way to inspect the damage without opening the box.
