LOWERING.

I don't want to drop it (LX Coupe), but I wanna set my car lowered very much like the BMWs.. You know what I mean? Not too high, not too low, it "fits" within the body precisely, with neutral space, and well blahblah.. you get what i mean..

I'm going for eibach springs.. that's good right?
and if i want to lower my car - to make it similar to those beamers than what's the numbers on that?

basically, how much should i cut it? to make it look not too high/not to low - just like beamers..

Go with the Eibach Pros or their Sportlines

If you want to get a perfect small wheelgap like a Bimmer, your best bet is to go with a set of adjustable springs/coilovers so that you can lower it to exactly what you want. In any case, Eibach springs aren't going to lower you enough to give you that low Bimmer look.

i think a 2" drop is perfect for our cars. either eibach sportlines for neuspeed sport. its low enough yet not low enough to be a pain in the butt for daily drivers.

full coilover system = much $$$$

i'd go with either eibachs or neuspeed race springs - neuspeed race is 2" rear 2.25" front, you will have to get a camber kit if you lower much more than 1.5-2" for the front.

Eibach sportlines are the way to go-nice look, not too slammed and still decent ride

So basically, coilovers will give you the best adjustification of the Bimmer look? lol..

What would then, be the best coilover to buy for our car?

iamboo is on a distinguished road
just lower it about 2"... it won't look like your car is sitting on top of the wheels and it's not gonna have wheel gap crazee either... coil overs are cool.. but they're only worth it with shocks.... unless of course you get the full coilover system which includes shocks with the springs...

Just get a set of ground controls with about 400 or 450 lbs springs in the front. Will be perfect, nice ride and you wont be bouncing all over the place and u can lower it as much as you want without being stuck with springs that you dont like.
