This thing is killing me. I'll say this is worse than the windshield washer lights, the tire valve cap lights and even the crappy non-apc altezzas... Worst Part Ever

Rep Power: 0 my dad has something similar on his chopper (its not a chopper but its a big bike..maybe a cruiser?). you twists some bolts and the exhaust note changes. its good for when you're in areas with noise restrictions.

Rep Power: 0 It is also good if you are at the track and want to bypass your entire cat back for more power. Just hook up a y pipe with that thing on the other end, and open it to go wild, hahah. Peace

Rep Power: 0 why is that such a bad product? you have control over how loud your exhaust is, when you want it........if you want it loud, you open up the valve, if you want it quite, and a lil more low end torque, you close it up...
things ike that are used in domestics all the time

Rep Power: 0 Actually I wouldn't call that ricey. Really it sounds like a good product. I mean sometimes you just don't want that loud exhaust note and sometimes you do.

i agree, whats so ricey about that?? if you have respect for others and arent always looking to be mowing the street with your lawnmower, why not? If its 2 in the morning and youre going through a quiet neighborhood, it would be nice to be polite and lower the sound. tell me how the led washer lights are more practical and i will accept this is more ricey than those.

Rep Power: 0 In the olden days there were exhaust cutouts. Either the exhaust went out the regular pipe or out the side pipe with no muffler or anything. Cost about $10 with a cable and stuff. After you run it for a while the heat freezes the valve and you are stuck with it wherever it was set at the time or you replace your exhaust pipe and throw the gizmo away.

Rep Power: 0 Ok, some people are ignorent, lol. There is somethin exactly like this on the '95 Dodge Stealth TT's. its goes from touring to performance. Its a very good idea, quiets your exhaust when needed!

Rep Power: 350 oh my god, i cant believe you guys. that valve goes behind the cat. its different than an open track y. this thing goes right in line with your pipe. now think, your engine even at idle, is constantly putting out gases at an amazing rate. youre gonna put something that blocks those gases from excaping freely. the only thing that dumba$$ thing is gonna do is build more pressure inside your engine, header, and downpipe. over time, that cant be good. simple. real simple. and if you want a quiet exhaust keep your oem. christ.

Rep Power: 0 What are they gonna come up with next? Seems like everyday theres some new, totally unnecessary product out there. And people actually buy this stuff. I don't understand it. To each's own; I guess...
