If those were illegal, then the people with the new BMWs' will get caught by the cops 24/7 just for having "angel" style headlights.

Anything blue that is seen from the front is illegal.
The BMW's dont have that blue glow around the projectors.
They look real nice though.

acutally im gonna have to disagree with you on this one. I was jsut writing in another thread about the 8000K HID conversions around here. They are the closest thing in the after market to natural sunlight. Something the white is gonna be hella blue. My friends who have these have gotten pulled over for them, but uppon bitching to the cops, and makin them pull out their rule book, it says anything in the white to blue spectrum can be projected from your headlights. If this wasnt true then a lot of my friends would have tickets right now. Atleast thtas how it is in california, and since california is the most annal about everything (or atleast i think) i would suspect that it is the same in other states.

Yeah those Lexus and Mercedes HID lights are definately blue some of them so I think that these would definately be legal you could be definately harassed by cops but have the law book out when you get pulled over.

Any blue lights that didn't come factory on a car here in CT are illegal. Before I got my Civic, I got pulled over for blue license plate lights...of course then the cop had to notice I wasn't running any mufflers . Had to take the car to inspection w/o the blue lights & with mufflers.
