by speedo sensor what do u mean? the VSS? and exhaust sensor? do u mean the 02 sensor?

well if you mean VSS, get one from a junkyard (its bolted to the transmission on top near the ground wire). if you mean oxygen sensor, those are sold at any auto store and bosch is good. or check www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for oem parts.
