steering wheel extensions?

steering wheel extensions?
so, heres the deal:
I like my steering wheel, I like my airbag. It's gotta stay.
But I have long legs and short arms. In the most comfortable driving position, I can't reach the top of the steering wheel without leaning forward. I want to purchase a device somewhat like the hubs available for after market steering wheels, but for the OEM steering wheel. Something that will give me a 2" extension on the wheel.
Does anything like this exist? I can find TONS of parts, mostly related to grant steering wheels. I DO NOT WANT to change the OEM. Just extend it one or two inches.
