I purchase a oem bumper today and I just finished making the holes for the fog light so when I go to put it in my garage my friend tell me that if I'm crazy and I said what you talking about, he says with the cold in the garage the bumper will shrink and twist so I believed him and walk backed to the house with the bumper... So is that true what he said? Or he dont know what the hell he talking about?

If you had it sitting with a bend in it, the plastic would get cold and hold the way it was sitting. It would go back to normal after it warmed up, and you put it on your car. It happened to me with an ABS lip and bumper cover.

im not sure but i wouldnt think that sitting in the cold would hurt an oem honda bumper. their not made of abs plastic to my knowledge, and i dont think they would bend or twist that easy if their just sitting on the ground.... bmaybe if it were REALLY cold but idk :S

Ok thank you guys I knew myself the cold could'nt do nothing lol, I just wanted to be sure ... I just came from putting the bumper in the garage and now just wait till spring to paint it lol.
