if you just want to put another d series in there, just buy another motor instead of putting another crankshaft in. chances are a crankshaft isn't all you're going to need to replace, depending on what happened. save the headache! haha. seriously though i'm sure you can find a complete D-series dropout with low mileage for 400 bucks or less.

Well ive found motors on ebay but the only thing that needs replaced is the crank and a rod. The person I bought it from is a dumb *** and ran it low on oil and it spun a bearing we have it apart and its in awesome shape. My two options are getting the crank turned or buying a used one its cheaper to buy a used one. Also I want to make some hp what head comb are good for a 1.6.

Im interested but is it as simple as that or do you have to change things for clearance or is it direct swap. How much do you want for it.
