all those gaskets look identical to the nippon leakless. perhaps it's just a generic re-brand. i still think that for peace of mind, id get an OEM head gasket and valve seals, the rest is whatever.

its half the price of the OE set.... I think I'd use everything but the HG and the valve seals.... buy an authentic honda HG.

nippon makes a bunch of different thicknesses and bores for our car for the HG. you can find them at www.nipponpower.com although the site is down right now . i saw them there the other day. just another option for ya triz

Yeah I got the new one.. never sent the old one back yet though, and its been forevers... I gotta get on that.. aha.
Anyways, the set looks pretty good. Havent thown it in yet though because I decided to push my build off till next summer so I can hit both the head and the block. Supah doopah NA build style. I will update this when I get to use it. Feel free to PM me if its summer 08 and I havent posted yet.

I like it. Nice complete gasket pack. The spark plug seals are better than OEM. Much tighter seal around the tube.
The fact that I blew the HG from it is not the gasket's fault, it's mine and the turbo's fault. I never skimmed the head after it overheated so it's probably slightly warped. Not enough to cause problems on a stock setup, but enough to give issues on a 9psi setup. Especially when you add in the detonation from 12 psi lean spikes!
