Rep Power: 0 I'm having problems too. 1st of all I had to cut a piece off my to make the header fit. I installed the header and high-flow cat. My engine light went on. 1 month later still won't go off. I reset the computer, bought new o2 sensors, changed the position of the sensor and still nothing. I called hp racing and they told me that this problem has only happened to me. somebody help!

Rep Power: 0 Aren't there 2 sensors, one before the cat and one after? hmmm...I have read about installation problems but nothing about the check engine light. Can you give some specific details about the installation.

Rep Power: 0 1st I removed stock heaader and cat. next when I was trying to install the header, a piece of the motor mount was in the way so i cut a small piece off so everything would fit. the thing w/ the o2 sensor is that there are 2 spots on the header where you can put the sensor. I moved the sensor from the lower opening to the upper and used the supplied cap for the lower one. I reset the comp again and after a bit of highway driving , the light lit up again. just to rule out the sensors, I bought 2 new ons and installed them . reset the comp, and still the engine light returned. I 've contacted hp racing and they said I'm the only one to come out and contact them. By the way, their toll-free # is 1800-522-7855. I'm dealing w/ Frank. I must say that Frank is being very good abuot trying to resolve this problem. But I'm starting to get a littlr frustrated.

Rep Power: 0 i have the 4.1 and the stock cat, bolted right on with no cutting or anything. took a floor jack to the front and jacked it up and put it on myself. performance? well it adds a lil towards shift points, id say 3.5 and up on the RPM

Rep Power: 0 Hmmm...I have only read about fitment issues. I wish I would have bought the header now, but they didn't go low enough. You still have to mod the e-mount. I am waiting for the redesigned version before I buy one. Hopefully, someone will offer a GB then and from another distributor if we are lucky. I have never seen anyone handle a GB or business prop in such a bad and lazy way.

Rep Power: 0 I have the HP header with free flow cat, mid pipe, and axle back exhaust. My light recently came on. Does not hamper performance. As far as horsepower increase goes, with all three peices, very noticable. i guess I will be buying the chip they will be offering. My only main problem is that I cannot get the donut gasket to seal well where the header connects to the freeflow cat, anyone else having this problem.

Rep Power: 0 << chip? i dunno, i wouldnt mess with a product that makes u have to buy an ADDITIONAL piece just to make it work. im not into that, just my opinion >>
Then dont buy a car, because it requires gas for it to run.

Rep Power: 0 ha! smart thinking. IT is a good point though. but hey, i was gonna get a chip anyway. If it fixes my engine light problem, smoothens out the exhaust tone and adds hp at the same time, than its all gravy.
