you can technically buy it cheap... the only issue is... finding someone that'll paint it for you for less than what you got the grill for.... auto painting is expensive...sorry i'm such a pesimistic (sp?) person sometimes guys....

I like my grills black.

But it's gonna cost the same to paint a cheap one as an expensive one. Painting would be a fixed cost. If you buy 2 cans of color and one of clear and a can of primer, it's gonna cost $77 shipped. That will leave you with some paint for future projects or repairs.
