Well i have come to find that my high end thermal exhaust has rusted through and decided to become two pieces. I have a boosted 95 integra and just wanted some suggestions on which exahusts you guys would chose.

dude. most turbo exhaust systems are custom made 2.5", 3", 4" all depending on what your system contains and what power gains you want. The typical system is 2.5". Bring it to an exhaust shop and get one made.

The best turbo exhaust is no exhaust.

It all depends on your budget. The best thing you can do is go to a muffler shop and have a custom exhaust built. Me, I am just running stock piping with a HKS hi-power axle back.

Yea man, i had a friend go to a shop and by his actual muffler for liek 150 and got allll the piping done for like another 120, and he had 2.5" for his turbo. He had a 93 turbo vic and got all the piping and the exhaust done for almost 300. And its good stuff. Go to a local muffler shop and theyll get it done for a good price and do good work most of the time.

i do have a three inch down pipe and 3 inch test pipe. I was just sketchy about the muffler shops cause I heard a lot of bad stuff. Guess I'll check out a few shops, thanks guys

I'm going to back up everyone else on this one, the best thing to do is get a turbo universal muffler, and then take it to a muffler shop and get them to get the rest of the pipe replaced. Unfortunately there are crappy shops out there, but it won't take you long to find a good one. There are muffler shops around everywhere. It's a lot easier then you think. One day when I get a turbo, I'm gong to get an HKS muffler and get someone to bend a three incher.

largest inch exhaust... mandrel bent... the more free flowing air in a turbo set up... then the better power

I have a apexi WS2 Turbo muffler mated to custom 3" mandrel piping. Sounds great. Maybe if the weather keeps up I'll get a video this weekend.
