Rep Power: 0 Anyone have 17" WITHOUT dropping?
My question is simply this... Does anyone have a pic of their car with 17" rims on without dropping their car because im getting new wheels soon and I am NOT dropping my car. Just want to see how it looks. (im putting on Konig Flatlines with 215/40/17 Toyos)
THANKS!

Rep Power: 0 Well after I got my 17" rims and before I installed my coilovers, the wheelgap looked pretty darn big. Of course, the fact that I had 40 series tires (EX's usually run 45's) contributed to it. Generally speaking, bigger rims and thinner tires will make the wheelgap look even bigger (even if the wheelgap hasn't actually changed).

Rep Power: 0 Click the link in my signature. Those are old pics that haven't been updated, so they whould give you an idea of what it will look like. To me, I couldn't stand it. I thought my car looked like a 4x4. You could get the eibach pro-kit, which gives your car a very subtle drop....

Rep Power: 0 Well Toad I hope I dont get your hopes down but I did the same thing. It looks good but after a few months of seeing dropped cars with the same wheels I had to drop mine too. It keeps working on your nerves. So in my opinion I would get them all with the springs I reccomend Sportlines. Look at my ride below for pics. I am running 215/40/17 with Sportlines. Mine dropped 2in....

Rep Power: 0 Thanks for the input guys. In a about a month I'll be riding on my 17" Konig Flatlines Black Opal with 215/40/17 Toyo Tire Proxies. The reason I'm not dropping the car is 1.) I already scrap my front bumper on my own drive way and certain parts of the road going to school and 2.) My dad doesn't want to Void the warrenty and lowering it will void it according to the damn dealership... oh well... I just have to wait to i go off to college...
