Rep Power: 261 Siebon has failed me.
I got a Siebon carbon fiber OEM hood in june, after a month of waiting. Got it installed, and have been driving with it ever since. Today after classes I get to my car and notice some big scratches at the top center of my hood. When I looked at it closer its cracks ALL the way thro the clearcoat to the fibers (the fibers changed colors in spots, maybe cause the resin was pulled off?) You can actually feel the cracks.
I paid more, and waited WAY longer for this supposibly "great" hood and it has failed after only 3 months.
My advice....stay the hell away from them because they won't replace it either because of their defects.
Edit: Oh....if your thinking about getting a carbon fiber hood I say don't bother, because they're over priced, and unreliable, even excluding my case because they fade and will NEVER last longer than the oem hood. I couldn't even feel the weight difference and if you get in an accident your plain ****ed because it will shred. [End Rant]

Rep Power: 275 i like mine. carbon creations.
it has a few small stress cracks but i have had it for years. it still looks new though. but i heard that reclearing them is tough b/c the fiber is absorbent.
