anyone have their ABS lip crack on one of the mounting sides while installing it? ghey, mine did. i pwned my lip. ****.

that sucks, where did it split? if it was on the part where you screw it into the bumper try piecing it together w/ mounting tape, stick it to the bumper then screw it in again.

its still mounted on the bumper still but there is about a 3/4's of an inch crack on driver side where you screw it to the bumper. its because i did it by myself and the driver side wasnt flush with the bumper so i decided to redo that side and *crack* another fvck up.

yea i ****ed mine up too..oh well .. mines so screwed from scraping and its like cracked everywhere ..like 50million paint chips..damn i need a new front lip

haha. hey none the less i think ABS plastic is crap, i knew i shouldve just paid more and gotten a polyurethane lip.

Mine luckly didn't crack when I installed it but me and my buddy had to strech it cuz it wasn't long enough for it. The best advice I can give you if you are installing an abs type r front lip or something like that is to do one side first and have one or two other people support the middle while the other person streches it carefully to the other side.
