neuspeed race springs are pretty low; so low infact i hit my cat-back on speedbumps and even on my gravel driveway. 2.5 front 2.0 rear.
Eibach sportlines are safer at 1.5-1.7 all around and also can hold a body kit safley

i would go with the ground control coilovers any car u lower its gonna bounce and your wheels are gonna butterfly unless u get camber kits but camber kits is useless if u lower it too low i would drop it aleast 2 inches or a finger gap between the fender and your tires

also your going to need dampers <shocks-struts> if u want to slam it; the OEM dampers stress and blow easily from the compression.
Eibach prokit is what i had first .8-1.3 all around and also very good handling. the dampers will not have to be replaced right away with these springs.

i know nothin about coil-overs.

Hey I am all for the lowest you can go. That is why you lower your car in the first place. I would go 2-3 inches definately. Get springs to save money.
