Rep Power: 0 I think those wheels are actually Zensho, that seems kind of shady of wheelmax to list them under 5zigen. Anyone know anything about Zensho wheels as far as quality?

Rep Power: 0 How low of a drop would i need to have a nice even gap all the way around the tires and fender with a set of 18s? I dont want any tire tuck but i want the gap, no matter how small, to be even all the way around the fender. Thanks for any help.

Rep Power: 0 Thanks for all the replies! I stopped at a local Automotive shop today and ordered a set of Motegi 17x7.5 MR12 in gunmetal wrapped in Khumos for $1000 out the door. Seemed like a pretty good deal, so what you guys think of these?
Check out the MR12's

Rep Power: 0 I don't like the wheel. I think the middle should be more "sunken-in" for more of a deep-dish look. wheels that aren't sunken-in enough tend to look like hubcaps at highway speeds. (think of how awesome wide deep-dish 17x9's look on the rear of a moving M5 or a lorinser S600).
The hyper silver color looks a lot like the silver on a BMW 540i sport package 17" "turbine" wheel, though. Cool.

Rep Power: 0 Just a word to the wise, I'd be careful of wheelmax. My brother ordered some rims from them and he got ripped. The picture that they had on their site is not the finish of the rims he received (manager said the picture was for "reference only"). The price they listed was not what they charged him, they told him that he was at the wrong area of the website. He found them for $699 here Vault Electra But they charged him $799 under the Specials Page (manager stated $699 was a typo) To me "$699 package deal" means $699. They charged his credit card for almost $1,000 for tires a wheels that were listed as $699. $70 for mounting a balance, there were even so kind to round up the price of the lugnuts (which he didn't know he was paying for) 16 @ $1/each....$20 (that's how it was on the invoice) Needless to say he sent them back and requested a refund. They denied the shipment the first time and accepted it the second. Its been over a month and they haven't credited his card back a dime yet. He's in the process of disputing it with his credit card company. Just a heads up, I've also read good reviews on them, however I will not order from them nor will I recommend them to anyone.
