HELP!!! DC rear tie bar question!!

you have to raise you car up on jackstands, take off the bolts of the lower control arm, slide the bold into the lower tie bar, make sure the holes are aligned. Use a torque wrench and tighten the bolts to 43 lbs. Take off the lower control arm bolts one at a time, make sure all of the bolts on the lower tie bar are tightend.
