Well honestly from what I have heard you should waste your money elsewhere... on something that will make a real difference. Bottom Line: It probably won't do enough to justify its cost.
If it was like $5, they maybe it would be worth it (cause thats all it probably costs to make) but at well over $100 get something cool like new speakers or whatever!

The fuel passes through a strong magnetic field, this field straightens the molecules in fuel so that it better ionizes, this is supposed to improve fuel burning.
It's JDM bling, not worth $100.
