Rep Power: 0 Finally got TCS
Hell of a lot of good it does me. Kind of ironic i get in an accident the day before i get it. I guess it will just sit here and wait till my car gets out. Looks awesome though. Oh, and to the posts a while back about the tcs weighing 100 lbs, you guys need to work out alittle more. It weighs about 45 lbs. packing weight was 50 lbs.

The thing people call the TCS is actually the TCS2. Check out this image:
You can see it on the TCS in this image:

Rep Power: 0 there was never a tcs 1, thats why it is just reffered to as tcs. i guess the 2 just stands for two canisters or maybe there was a prototype that never made it to the street.

Rep Power: 0 Grey: the stock setup is only about 15-20 lbs lighter in weight, and thats everything, the b-pipe, resonator, and muffler, pretty much everyone who said 80 lbs lighter were way off hehe

Yeah thats just advertisement the TCS is just TCS not TCS2.... the 2 is for the Twin part in the name, 2 Canister system.

Well, that sucks IMO. I spent all that money on my carbon fiber hood to shed about 15 pounds. If I were to get the TCS I'de be gaining that weight back again. Hum... Looks like the TCS is out of the running for me as well when it comes time for me to buy a new exhaust system. I need something lighter. Those twin canisters and the pipe that runs betwean them must add on that extra weight.

Rep Power: 0 Well, hopefully your TCS2 fits better than the one I got. The tip was so far to the right that it actually burned the paint off of part of my bumper cut out. Even jerry-rigging the hangers didn't help. I went through 3 different systems to finally get an acceptable fit. Had to parts from each system to get the system to line up properly and not rattle around under the car.
If you folks have any problems with your TCS2, call Jonathon Tung at DC Sports and tell him that DC needs to redesign the bends on the system so it fits better.

I had the same problem but I was able to solve mine by heating up the hangers and bending them so that the muffler tip sat in the correct spot. Problem solved and I have no other complaints about the TCS.
