Hold on a gosh darn second....

So, when replacing suspension (lowering), you can either buy the full setup or say I could buy koni yellows with any type springs for 2k1 civic applications? Kind of mix and match, if so.... is it safe to assume that all lowering springs are the same with regard to vehicle specs and ride height?

SUSPENSION NEWBIE!!!! YE-AH (ahem... cough... income tax.....)

I'm going to have to disagree with Flex and say STAY AWAY from coilovers. Just get a good set of springs.
If you want lower, but not too much, get the Pro-Kit from Eibach (1.0 - 1.25" drop), if you want lower than
that you could go with Goldline Springs (1.25 - 1.5" drop) or if you want even lower, you can get the Sportline Kit from Eibach
(1.5 - 2.0"), and you might not want to go any lower than 2.0"....lower is not better, by any means. Then get a good set of adjustable struts, like Konis and the Tokicosshould be out soon, so you can adjust your ride feel, from firm like a Porshe
to soft like a Cadi.....

This is only my opinion though....

Tokico(when available) and your coice of springs........I wouldnt go to aggresive like 2.0 drop personally.........but W/ nice struts and nice springs you have a suspension that is awesome.....IMO blows coilovers away...........the only Nice thing about C.O.'s is you can adjust the height........but you cant do that all the time cause it'll throw your alighment off....so im cool w/ that......(+C.O's=hemroids)

I am going to stay away from coil overs when taxes come back. I plan on getting spring/shock when the money comes in. Anybody know a good place in Arizona to get suspension stuff done?
