Would a 00 bumper fit on my 02?

I'm new to this so i was just wondering. and if not why won't it. Will it with a little modding?

actually if you wanted to do some cutting and some fiberglass work then YES. like i said if conversions are possible then this surely is lol. IMO i wouldnt waste the money from civic to civic bumper though, besides whats wrong with the 7thgen bumpers!
