You can't satisfy everyone all the time. You do your best to satisfy every last one that you can. Some people can't be satisfied and wine about everything. Unless a company has a lot of negative feedback or has a bad reputation in general, a few problems are normal. Plus, if a seller on ebay has 5,000 positives and only a couple negatives, I'd say they are doing damn good.
