looks like a mix of momo corse and champion. Champion with the fabric on the top of steering wheel, but corse with arch design. and they just put in the H in the center.

No, its not the MOMO wheel.
MOMO champion has different design near the spokes.
Original pic has white brand label, probaly Spearco?? This brand usualy in white with white underline.
