quick question about window tint bubbling
i just got my windows tinted yesterday evening and last night, their were light showers.
i woke up this morning to figure out theirs now bubbles on my front 2 windows. i never rolled down the window, however, i did figure out the person who installed it left a small crack opening on the passenger side and thats the side that has the most bubbles. about less than a quarter inch opening which isnt enough to make a difference.
i called up the shop and they said to let it dry in the sun for another 24 or so hours. are they bsing and giving me the run-a-round?
good thing i got warranty, but im just now worried and cant get this off my mind. just need to hear this is a normal procedure of the tint drying up would relief me here

Well I think you're supposed to help the tints along by rubbing the tints on the window with something to help them stick. A lot of little pockets probably came together and make the big bubble you now see. But if you got the tint warranty, just go back and raise hell.
Any quality tint job wont bubble after you put it on, at least not very much that is. The problem is that whoever did it didnt get enough moisture out after it was applied, and it will continue to be a problem. Like boilermaker said, go back and demand results! Make them really fix it too, often times they will cut the bubble and try to stick it back so you dont see. Of course by now you probably have it taken car of.
Yeah mine did the same thing. Most of them went away in a few days. There were one or two noticeable ones still after a week or so. I took it back and all they do is punch a hole in the bubble, push the air out, then press it back onto the glass. Just wait like Gearbox said for a few days then go back if there are still bubbles.
