35%-all they way around, including front windshield, gives the effect of like 15% on the sides, if you do get pulled over only have to take off front
But, if you know the right people you can get out of a ticket for like $40 and remember you do not have to worry about cops and tint as much in the rain.

local cops can check the window that roll down, cuz they got a device that checks the tint, they can only check it by putting it on the window. state patrolls, or highway police check it by putting the id on the other side of the window and it kinda tells u if tint is illegal. i speak from experience, i had 5 tint tickets, what can i do..

Huh....I dont get your point.
Why would it matter if they checked your side windows, they would be legal, just not your windshiled. Their guns do not work in if the window is wet, I guess they could wipe your window off, but like I said dont worry as much. When it is really pouring out, you do not have to worry about cops as much in general.

i wouldnt say you dont have to worry about cops pulling you over during the rain. if anything, if your pulled over by a cop during the rain, its a gaurantee ticket because he/she didnt get out in the soaking rain to stop some driver that broke the law

but what jackburton posted is somewhat true. if i could change my tint, id personally do 20%/25% all around. im in california and its illegal to have any tint up front.

I know for a fact that the window has to be dry. ^Of course you have not, like I said rain is a good thing.

You do not have to worry as much, but I have seen people pulled over in the rain, like once or twice in my life. It also depends on how much rain. If I get pulled over I am usually not worried about a ticket.

I am not worried about paying the ticket, so much as the foul stench of most law enforcement, as well as the his reaction to the scent in my car.

ok, well up here it's officer discreation, it's up to him to say if it's too dark, and thus if you get a ticket... there is no limit on what %.

So given that I have a dark inter. should I go with 35% all around?

I'd go darker than 35%. I have 15% and have thought about going darker or doing windshield. I like privacy and the idea of people not being able to see in my car when it is parked. IMO you will most likely get in trouble for tint if you are already pulled over. So if you get pulled over a lot then go lighter, or if you don't speed and such then go darker b/c a cop would most likely let it slide as long as you are driving properly.

i get pulled over a lot and i dont speed, i dont think that matters, fat piggs are the reason i get pulled over in ATL... damn georgia with its tinting laws... i get pulled over for tinting at least 3 times a month. i mean the front is legal but the back is not, but they cant check it... so i am good.

Yes covered from factory, never have any light coming from there, only from my spoiler.

I hate that outline too, that's the dot-matrix ****.

Gave him the old 1,2?
Your dad gave him a left jab, followed by a right-hook??
