Geez

How short do you want to go?? Too short and you miss-shift. If you ride the **** as I do often and sneeze you might shift from 4th to 1st... this could become a problem real quick. I'd chose one and see. The Revo Tech is what I'd choose.

What I did was I got the Solo adapter and then cut my shift rod down by a couple inches. Now it's really short and I don't have to use arm movements to shift, just my wrist. I've never missed a gear or grinded, I say this is the cheapest way to have a short shift throw/shifter and not waste money on that stupid revo thing.

Good call, the Revo Technica short shifter is just a shortened version of the OEM shifter anyway. Do you have a re-threading tool? Did you make a new thread for the shift ****?
