if ur talkin about the upper grille, you need to separate your oem grille from the rad cover its screwed on to. You will then need to screw the altezza grille on there, its pretty straight forward.

Spray painting; sand, prime, wetsand, 1st coat, wetsand, then how ever many coats u want, the finally clearcoat.

yup it just replaces the stock grill with the same screws. Need to pull off the bumper. If you have a coupe, you also need to buy the sedan radiator cover.

you should buy one, or else you'll get a gap between the grill in the hood. front bumper is a bunch of clips, look into the DIY section for "clearing headlights (front bumper removal)"

I just got the altezza grill for my ride as well. Local body shop painted it for $40 and i installed it myself. Quite easy there is a total of 4 screws that come out and about 4 clips on top of grill, and like 5 or 6 clips for bottom of bumper.

illustration #2, from any honda dealership or a place that sells honda parts. i got mine for $12.

you should paint your grill even if it's black. it'll look better.
