$750 for paint, $400 for install. Body kits are far from perfect, it is not like ordering a factory part and just sanding it and painting it. There are pinholes in the fiberglass that need to be filled, trimming and cutting and edges built up for proper fitment, and of coarse there has to be holes drilled for attatchment of fasteners and in a lot of cases, fabrication .
Then again you could just put it on with drywall screws, left in gelcoat, and have it almost falling off in a week.
