You will prolly have to roll your fender, but you won't have to repaint anything, unless you somehow scratch the paint.

rolling your fenders means you take a baseball bat and roll the "lip" of the fender upwards so that your tires don't rub when you go low. i don't know why you would need to roll your fenders when installing lambo doors, though.
i think he meant the front fenders where the edge of the door will more likely hit the fender when the doors go up.
but no, if you get a quality lambo door kit, most times, the door pops away from the fender from touching it.

Yea but when the hing opens up so the door can open out first to clear it may hit, most kits will say "May require rolling of fenders" you may luck out and not have to.
Yes, you will have to cut out a section and roll the remaining part of your inner fender. The reason is because when the hinge opens vertically the fender lip will get in the way of the hinge's upward travel. It would rub and cause your fender to bow out when the door went up. So yes, you need to trim and roll the fenders. You shouldn't have to paint the fenders as they will be off the car as you install the hinges.
I would leave the install to a pro unless you are familiar with door adjustments. My Vertical Doors kit is nice because of all of the stops and adjustments that are built into the kit. The gaps are perfect and it closes like factory.
I think it would be impossible to install a lambo door kit without removing the fender. If your side skirts are molded to the fender, you are SOL. The quality of the kit has nothing to do with rolling the fender. If you saw how they worked , you would understand why the lip needs to be rolled or cut away. Remember, the doors open normally(about halfway) before they go vertical. The hinge needs room to swing out and then up to do this operation, the lip WILL get in its way.
