Rep Power: 0 anyone ever removed their wing?
guys my car has the Kaminari wing on it, and i hate it. how much work would it be to take it off and have the trunk repainted? would the whole thing have to be repainted or could they just blend it in to the trunk?
thanks!
thanks!

Rep Power: 252 it would look best if the whole thing was repainted. actually taking the wing off is pretty easy, youll need a friend to hold it so you dont drop it on your car. With the trunk they will need to repair the holes with a body filler, if you go to a good shop it will look just fine and they will probably just be able to repaint the section, but i would just paint the whole thing.

Rep Power: 295 It cost me $250 to have the hole filled, the creases fixes (where the wing support was left creases in the trunk) and then repaint it.

Rep Power: 0 thats not bad! could i take it off and break even by selling it, or are the kaminari wings not very desirable? i honestly have no idea, i bought the car with the wing, and just dont really like it.
