I have the OBX catback installed like half a year ago and I got this clicking noise when I stop and then step on the gas now (only happen occassionally). The Honda tech guy said it's because the bolts/screws for the manifold need to be loosen up a little in order to fit the catback. I haven't got a chance to take my car to the shop where I installed the exhaust yet. But wondering if any of you has any comment/experience about it. Is it true of what he said? Does that mean I need to get an aftermarket manifold to fit the catback?

my cuzin has a 03 acura cl-s with the obx headers and he has that same problem , its pretty anoying and a **** off, those headers craked twice already. Got that fixed but now the ticking sound .....

so he replaced the header? and not the manifold??

no, my cuzin welded it up real nice, better than the factory welds lol, but now they don't know what that tiking sound is , maby a gasket leak
