Need Help... high flow cat question

Can someone tell me where the sensor holes are suppose to be for 01-up civic EX high flow cat. I've ordered this one from ebay which says its for 01 civic ex but the sensor holes look like they are in the wrong places.

Ive contacted the seller and he tells me that the second picture is not for an ex civic. Before i make the payment I want to make sure this is right and I'm not ordering a part that wont fit properly.

Don't buy it!!!! The upper o2 sensor hole is WAY off!
