The upper one is really easy I think its like 2 screws or maybe even just those black "popper" things. It took me like 10 minutes to install my Grillcraft upper grill and that was with a **** break and a drink lol.

i did it like a month ago and put a altezza grill on, if you know what your doing, its easy, takes about half an hour, il link ya to the DIY of clearing headlights, you follow that part of taking the bumper off and then take apart black screw thingys under grill and replace it wiht the new grill, or keep it off, w/e your preference is and pop the bumper back into place how you took it off

Changu-San can only hope to improve
its easier if you take off the front bumper, because the screws and some of the clips are hard to reach. taking off the bumper shouldn't take more than 5 minutes...less if you know where the screws are. you just basically screw off the screws and unclip the clips. i replaced mine with the altezza grill. i only used two clips to hold the grill and it works great.

Just did it today, was an easy job, just understand that you can do it without taking all the bottom screws out... just be careful the whole front bumper pivots out and down to the ground, I'd put something down there so it doesnt hit the ground. I used my foot.

Twas easy... like 15 minutes, and a screwdrivers, flat and phillips. Look at the DIY on the second post up there... easy as cake.
