I got an 03 civic and im tryin to put in a racin steerin wheel, but my car comes wit airbags. Wat should i do? Should i just keep the stock or buy the other one? And if i buy the other one, how would that affect my insurance?

Keep the stock. Its illegal to remove or modify srs airbag systems.

just keep the stock ones. IMO the stock steering wheels look better then after market steering wheels.

gearbox is correct. if your vehicle was equipped with an air bag steering wheel, their must be one present if driving around public roads.


i was in the same situation for a new steering wheel and i was thinking about installing the si steering wheel as the controls and airbag is still there. same goes with rsx but the Acura logo would be arkward
