AEM Cam gears

Where can I get this 5 bolt design I hear so much about? I see these on wbesites, but it never says whether ot's 5 or 3, and I was trying to be safe.

Any help would be greatly apperciated..

if you order new from AEM then it should be the new 5 bolt.
Someone back me up on this.
