Difference between Coupe/Sedan and Lx/EX Stock Exhausts?
Alright guys, I just received my third exhaust ticket in 4 months and I can't deal with this anymore. I'm going back to stock exhaust wise. My only problem is that before I got a catback, I had an apexi N1 muffler welded on, and after that I had my resonator straight piped. So I guess I could have my muffler modded back to stock, but it's gonna cost me, especially in northern VA. I'm basically trying to find a stock exhaust that will fit my car for under $100 shipped.
I have a 2001 Civic EX Sedan. I've been able to find several in my price range but none the exact duplicate of my car.
So what I'm asking is what will fit on my car?
2001 Canadian EX, equivalent to a 2001 LX
2002 American EX, but coupe
etc. etc. I might be able to salvage my downpipe from my old exhaust cuz I never cut anything that deep from it. I think the LX and EX have different downpipes or something.
what concerns me is that my magnaflow had an extra piece just for sedans. I don't wanna buy an exhaust and not even be able to use it. Please, someone help me. Thanks family
