I have a friend who has them on his impreza and he says they have great stopping power and leave absolutely no dust, but they don't last long. He says you'll be lucky to get a year out of them on stock rotors, however EBC makes rotors for our car, and he says the brakes are matched well to their rotors. So I guess if you invested in both, not only would you have decent brakes AND rotors, but the combination would give you cooler brakes, increased stopping power (greatly increaesed), and increased pad life.

At $60 for greenstuff pads and $100 for redstuff, be sure you want/need these. It's my experience that I go through a set of brakes per year regardless, so I usually opt for a mid-grade brake pad.

BTW, the EBC Sport Grooved Rotors are $158 a pair.

My friend says the same thing, good stopping, and no dust. My brakes lasted me 45K miles. I should have gotten some of that greenstuff since my rims always look grey after a whild.

I have the AEM/Nissin brake pads. There's all sorts of specs. on these. Too many to get into. It's better because of this reason, it's worse because of that reason and so on. I like the way they look. I should post a picture of them before I put them in. Hum... Maybe DIY?
