front bumper, Downforce TEC; is it urethane or fiberglass?

hey I really like that front air dam that downforce TEC is making. I was just wondering, is fiberglass or urethane? Because if its fiberglass, i probably wont get it because of ripping, breaking, not fitting correctly, etc.. Thanks again for the input.
