no man the tornado is just a turbine that spins with the air to give "better" flow. the other thing is 12v powered.

you guys, use the search button and look for turbonator. there's like 1 billion and ten threads going over this already. it gives you 8whp + the turbonator decal another 8whp. search.

You really need to get 2 to feel the difference. Then it gave me more hp than all my mods put together. Why, well it swirls the air and we all know vortex air gives more hp.
