I posted a thread earlier this week stating that I purchased an Octane front bumper from Vision Autodynamics. I ordered the bumper on Sunday. On Monday I hadn't received any sort of email confirmation so I called them and was told they had no record of my order. After some research, they found the order and said it was being processed. Tuesday comes along and no email. I call them and get the same story. Wednesday comes along and guess what? NO email! I call them again, talk to 3 different people and am finally told my order has been processed and the bumper would be shipped this Friday. Well, today is Thursday and I have not received any email confirmation from them. Yep...I call them again. Same routine--order can't be found. I told them that this was complete BS, that their customer service was terrible and that I had no desire to take my chances on their product. So I told them to cancel the order. Turns out there is a 25% cancellation fee. So, I say *** it, I'll eat the cost, cancel my order.
Some people may have had good experiences with this company but mine sucked! I would not recommend these people AT ALL! I wasted a week's worth of time and $75 messing around with them. Take my advice and stay away from these azzholez!

Is that forum for transactions other then between forum members? If so, can a Moderator move this thread there?

I did threaten them and they didn't care. I will be filing a report with the BBB. Also, I will contest the charge with my Visa company.

Their customer service is terrible. What does that say about their product? I don't wanna take a chance on gettin a piece of shyt bumper from them that requires significant fabrication to fit.

I forgot to add that part. I was told today that the bumpers were made to order. So, since my order wasn't fully processed, the bumper hasn't even been made. So the cancellation fee is really bogus! I can see charging a customer some sort of fee for making a product for them and then the customer cancels the order, but this cancellation should have been as simple as deleting the order from their system.

definately get your 75$ back for that 25% cancel fee. call them back and tell them you want your fee back when no transaction ever occured and whatnot. if they deny, tell them you have no choice but to file with the BBB or file against them taking legal action.
also threathen them with the previous phonecalls you gave them and how terrible there customer service was and how they lied to you (the first 2 guys saying the order went thru when it really didnt).
but you said the order has been processed and being shipped out friday, so idk man.
goodluck

I actually had no problems with them when i ordered my blitz bumper.
The only problem i had was with the shipping company. VAD called my house and gave me a tracking #, i checked the # and it was scheduled for delivery on a specific day.......well, every day it kept getting delayed. So, i called the shipping company and they told me that they are busy b/c it is xmas. I then sent a e-mail to VAD explaining the situation and told them that I will never buy another product from them if this is how they do shipping. A wk later, they called my house to see if i got my bumper yet.....by this time i did.
