After my TYC's get here, I need to seal them also. I think other guys have used just clear kitchen & bath silicone to do theirs.

I used a 3M black sealant made especially for this type of application. Got it at an automtive paint specialty store. I'll have to go home and to give the actual product name. Painted my lights over a year ago with no condensation problems since.

Ive done many sets of headlights, and what you wanna do is go to Home Depot. Go to the paint section. Look for CLEAR BATHROOM/KITCHEN SILICON II. Thats like $4 or so and you will of course need a caulking gun, another $1.50 or so. When you put the lights back together, just apply in the space, push together and smooth over with your finger.

^^i also used the bathroom/kitchen stuff. go to target or walmart and get the reusable squeezable tube for less $4 - no need for the caulking gun.

for $5 at Wal*Mart its the best you can use. MAKE SURE YOU GET CLEAR RTV SILICON

its easy to use, just hard to squeeze out, and seals the best

YES, i have opened my TYC's a million times. THey are currently drying as we speak. DO NOT GET ANY KIND OF bathroom sealant. IT FUKKING SUCKS. it will not hold it together tightly.

DO GET THE CLEAR OR BLACK RTV SILICON SEALANT (pictured above). its the best thing yet, and ive tried over 4 diffferent "silicon sealants". This is the only one that works and seals tightly.
