Glue and tape are usually only for secondary enforcement, or perhaps they put tape on so that they don't need to hold the kit when they install the screw/bolt.

thanks
I understand that, But the only way the bodykit will hold close to the body of the car is with the tape. The bolts and screws are mandetory for the ends of the bodykits.

Example: The ends of the sideskirt will be screwed into the bottom of the fenders. IF you do not use the tape for the middle of the skirt, it wil hang out and not hug the body like it should. Tape is the only easy reversable way.
