Question Cleaning [not clearing] Headlights?

Hey, guys. I recently bought a pair of blacked out headlights and I noticed that the bulbs shine dimly when lit. Upon investigation, I discovered that there is dust inside the compartments of the headlight. I haven't tried yet, but what is the best way to go about solving this problem while avoiding the removal of the headlights? Would those air-dusters work if I just stuck the straw in where the bulbs go?

Thanks for the help.

Ya if it's just dust. Sometimes mine get foggy and then dry with a film in it. You could try and fit a big cloth in there and wipe it through the bulb hole, but it's gonna be a tight fit and might not get it all out.

I do not want to open them up, since they are OEM replicas that came that way, and I don't wanna deal with sealing them, etc.

I got lucky with my OEM's while I cleared them, but I'd rather not risk taking the hassle with these.
