Well an alarm doesnt gaurantee your car's saftey it just improves it! And if your sh*t gets stolen, then call up your insurance company if your lucky to have one! And dont flaunt your sh*t in public places! People have eyes and ears and can see into your car and hear your stereo! Common sense will prevent most cases of theft!

I have a 791 and I looooove it. It's got a ton of channel expansion - you can drop the windows, pop the trunk, turn the heat on, all kinds of stuff. Range is great; but recently in this bad weather I've been having some issues...could be just me but it's worth mentioning. As for the 1/4 mile thing, I'd believe it. I pointed my pager out an 18th floor window to the parking lot across the street and not dead even from the window and the car started the first time. As soon as I can afford it, I'm modding mine to pop the trunk, lower the windows, and turn my rear defroster on.
