Body pieces for 01' sedan? 56k beware
Body pieces for 01' sedan? 56k beware
I recently acquired a 2001 civic sedan DX. As you can see the body needs some work. I'm looking for advice on how I should have it fixed and painted. Would ordering the parts myself be cheaper? Should I just take it to a body shop and have them do everything? How does painting work? Do they have to repaint the whole car or is it possible to paint only the parts that need to be replaced? What if I wanted to have it painted a whole new color like white/black/silver? Opinions/comments appreciated. Thanks.

Wow... It's got some rust, but I think a body shop could take care of it. They should be able to paint parts of it to match. I'm not a big fan of green, so I think you should paint the thing a different color.
