grindsman is right, unless you are shoving massive amounts of air in there they won't do anything. What happens with turbos or larger displacement is that you get more air in there. If you don't have injectors that can handle the air then it is wasted and not as much power is received. IF you get more fuel to match the air (air/fuel ratio) then you can maximize power.
