Revo problems??....

Ok.... There is a bolt that the shifter pivits on and it comes out and makes it so there is a lot of play in every gear, plus after it gets real loose, when i go to either 5th or Reverse and then try to go back to first it clicks.... the spring comes out of place and then goes back into the lil crease that it has for it, and thats what makes it click..... IF i take off the center console and push the bolt back in, it works find.... anyone else experiencing this??? please let me konw... i hate this.....

Toaster is on a distinguished road
Had the same problem the revo bolt has a flat side on it. I ended up replacing it with the stock bolt because it does not have the flat side. You could try and turn the bolt a bit so the flat side was away from the lit piece of plastic that hold it but it might just move back around.

^^ hum... good lookin out... i'll try that. when i have time to look at it durring day light... i'll look at it...

here is the revo

see those two bolts..... the one on the botom right is the one that starts comming out and then makes it so there is a lot of play in every gear, and when i push it back in its fine, but this is frustrating, because i have to do it like once a day or every other day...... I just got this thing not to long ago, i ordered it from truehonda, n e other pointers?

i used a file to eliminate that spring clicking sound, just round off the corner that it rubs against, worked pretty well.
