looking to put aluminum pedals on........what's the pros can cons of bolt-ons vs. drilling them?

Drill in and bolt to the pedals. There is no pro to clamp ons, they're not safe.

I have clamp ons that I ended up drilling on...if that makes sense cuz my gas pedal kept falling off and one time bridged the gap between my brake and gas making me power brake ...just if you find a clamp on that you like just drill it on
