Check out my mods in the profile. After all that and tuning, I made 100whp. Best thing you can do is maintenance and a few boltons. Change tranny fluid every 15k. Tighten throttle cable and try to keep the car lite (no heavy subs and stuff).

Mostly myself, and I had a friend install the new head for cheap.

pnp head $740 +$250 install +$150 bolts and gaskets
intake $250
exhaust $350 (way too much for a rear section)
plugs $27
ground wires $30
HVS $180
vafcII $310
header $100

I know I spent too much for the little gains I got.

^^^^^^^^^^ Wait till you turbo that set-up or use NOS than youll see youll hard work will have paid of. BTW are you able to control the fuel mixture, is that what a VAFCII is for? Is you mixture running leaner now with your new setup or with the same richness as stock(are you able to monitor the air-fuel ratio)?

It's running better than stock, but still not ideal. The curve is flat where before it was lean in the lower rpms and rich in upper rpms. It best to have the 14.7:1 ratio for ideal combustion to get the best power. Yes the vafcII and able to adjust for it. Only gained 2whp tho from that because not many mods yet.

If you turbo an auto at 8psi, expect around 150whp. Then you need tranny upgrades or it's gonna break.
